i’ve been trying to figure out the name of this song for awhile now and i finally came across it again… it’s a thousand years by christina perri from the twilight saga: breaking dawn – part 1 soundtrack…

i actually started to like this song after hearing it from a video someone made of their marriage proposal… it’s one of the sweetest proposals i’ve ever seen so far…

last shopping of the year

ok~ so i went shopping before wrapping up the year… one of the things i bought was this brown thigh-length faux fur coat with spread collars and concealed front buttons and pockets (yes!! pockets! i love pockets!).. it’s super soft + warm.. perfect for when the weather gets colder…

i also bought these little black booties, but in early december… thought i wouldn’t be able to wear them much cuz people were saying it would be a cold + snowy winter… however, the weather has been pretty mild lately so i ended up wearing them frequently… really nice 5 inch heel with a 1 inch platform makes it so much more comfy for me… plus, it gives me added height… hehee~

also purchased this eyeshadow palette by urban decay called naked… i’ve been wanting to get it for so long but every time i went to sephora, it was always out of stock.. finally it was available… i guess cuz naked 2 came out… oh well… anyway, this palette comes in neutral shades… my favourite~!! can’t wait to try them out!

eggs & chicken craze

my huge addiction to eggs and chicken got me ordering this big bowl of rice with teriyaki chicken, two fried eggs, chopped carrots, sliced zucchini and some lettuce… my friends and family all know that i can eat chicken and eggs all day long if i had to… i love eggs cooked in any way, whether it’s poached, fried, boiled, scrambled, etc. etc. etc… as long as it’s an egg.. i’ll eat it!! hehehe~ plus… if i go for all-u-can-eat buffets… be ready to order a lot of teriyaki chicken cuz i will eat plates and plates of it *blush*…

unfortunately, my bowl of yummy eggs and teriyaki chicken was contaminated with cilantro/coriander/parsley (bottom left)… whatever that is… it’s a yikes for my taste buds! i am no fan of that herb… thankfully, i saw it before it went in my mouth…

that was for lunch… and for dinner… my dear soon-to-be bro-in-law cooked this delicious, moist + tender roast chicken with baked potatoes, carrots and green beans in sauce and a sprinkle of herbs… it’s seriously soooooo good (*drool*) i would’ve asked for more had i not worried about putting on too much weight this holiday : P

this is my friend’s cute little chihuahua… his name is toto and he has super big eyes and a super super long tongue that still sticks out even with his mouth closed…

i love scratching his little forehead and rubbing the little dent between his eyes… hehehe~ he is so cute…

and i can never stop myself from hugging toto when i see him cuz he is just adorable!!! such a lovely happie little doggie >3< ♥~♥~♥~*
